Chris began playing golf as a freshman in high school while
playing many other sports. He was drawn to golf by the challenge
and sense of accomplishment he felt by achieving his goals and
shortly thereafter he decided that was the career for him.
At 18 years of age Chris passed his Playing Ability Test (PAT)
and enrolled in the PGA of America, while beginning his career
in the golf industry. Along the way he worked with some of the
best instructors in the area and became a director of instruction
himself where he was giving 40+ lessons a week including Beginner
and Intermediate group classes, Jr. and Ladies group classes
and individual lessons from pure beginners all the way to scratch
golfers.
Chris believes his best asset is his ability to communicate
and likes to build personal relationships with each student
so they can work together to accomplish their goals. Chris feels
the most rewarding part of his job is the personal accomplishments
of his students whether it's a best ever round, hole in one
or feeling that first perfect shot. "The smile on their
face just makes my day".
