*** If all other better finishers have picked their
prize, we enable next contestants to pick their prize,
prior to their alloted time, one at a time, in order
of finish. I.E. If 3rd place picks thier prize, then
we enable 4th place to pick ASAP. Look for email notice.
*** However, if no response after 12 hours, we may give
others who finished behind the ability to choose thier
